PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug preparation error prevention system for preventing the erroneous selection of medicines, redundant preparation and preparation omission. PSOLUTION: At the time of drug preparation, a bar code attached to the container of the medicine or the like is read from a bar code input part 3, and a drug preparation confirmation part 4 compares it with prescription information and instructs the output of an out-of-prescription alarm for the erroneous selection of the medicine and a redundant preparation alarm for the redundant preparation.
