PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reliable accounting according to the quantity of electric power consumption for every power user.;SOLUTION: This control system 100 for electric power consumption is constituted by: an authentication information acquisition part 110 which acquires the authentication information of a person desiring to use electric power, acquired by an input interface 205 of a power supply terminal 200 by communicating with the power supply terminal 200 via a network 140 and stores the information in a memory; a continuity management part 111 which retrieves the authentication information stored in the memory 103 in a user information database 125 and which recognizes the person desiring the use as an expecting user and transmits a continuity start direction to the power supply terminal 200 via the network 140 when specifying authentication origin information in accordance; and a use history management part 112 which acquires the information on continuity quantity to the expected user measured by a watt-hour meter 220 of the power supply terminal 200 by communicating with the power supply terminal 200 via the network 140 and stores the information in a use history database 126 with correlating with the expected user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
