PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business model for activating regional economy by providing expert information, guiding customers, making customers by having an original information transmission medium on a low budget for declining regional economy in rivalry with companies with major company capital.;SOLUTION: A mobile information retrieval system capable of publicizing information on low budget is constructed, the information placed from contract shops and event related job companies, etc., is unified, and a browser can acquire the information with a retrieval function.
