PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create a credit image without the need of time and labor.;SOLUTION: Upon receiving a creation instruction for a credit image, in which a material ID is designated, a CPU 11 of a credit image creating device 100 transmits the material ID to a video server 200 by a credit image creating part 12 and acquires credit code information included in meta data corresponding to video materials of the material ID. The credit image creating part 12 creates a credit image on the basis of the acquired credit code information. A credit image managing part 13 attaches a credit image ID to the created credit image and stores the resultant credit image in a credit image storing part 15.
