ORAL VACCINE FOR WHITE SPOT DISEASE OF PENAEUS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral vaccine efficiently preventing vertical transmission and horizontal transmission of white spot disease of Penaeus, because, protective measures to vertical transmission, such as selection of virus-free parent shrimps and fertilized ovum sterilization are performed as protective measures of the white spot disease of Penaeus, but nevertheless these measures are not effective based on cost phase and labor phase and, in farms, WSDV (white spot disease virus) propagation by horizontal transmission is certified, so prompt establishment of a measure for effectively preventing infectious expansion of the white spot diseases of Penaeus is required. PSOLUTION: By focusing attention on the coat protein of white spot disease virus, an oral vaccine containing a recombinant protein of the coat protein is provided. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
