PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove burrs generated at the intersection of mutually crossing square slots opened in parts in a short time.;SOLUTION: A capillary 46 of an air jet 38 is made eccentric from a center shaft C40 of an injection nozzle 40 and is extended up to the vicinity of a distal end inner wall surface 48 in a cylindrical space 42 of the injection nozzle 40. Slurry is made to flow in the cylindrical space 42 in the injection nozzle 40, and air and the slurry are mixed at a prescribed gap S provided between the distal end inner wall surface 48 and a distal end surface 52 of the air jet 38. Since the center shaft C44 of an injection hole 44 is formed to be inclined to the center shaft C40 of the injection nozzle 40, the slurry can be injected by inclining an injection angle to a center shaft C16 of an oil hole 16 in a state of the injection nozzle 40 opposed to an open end of the oil hole 16. The slurry flows toward the burrs formed at an intersection 16a in the oil hole 16, flow velocity of the slurry colliding with the burrs is increased, and burrs eliminating efficiency is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
