PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a shaped body for an optical sheet having an embossed layer with a concave-convex pattern formed by a roll forming method continuously at a low cost by avoiding a transfer defect resulting from a joint of a flat mold.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing device of the optical sheet has a conveying part continuously conveying a flexible support, a coating part forming an active energy ray-curable resin layer on the continuously conveyed flexible support, a pre-curing part forming a partly cured mirror area of the active energy ray-curable resin layer intermittently in a longitudinal direction by radiating the active energy ray to a part of the active energy ray-curable resin layer applied by the coating part, and a transferring part forming an embossed area by pressing the active energy ray-curable resin layer with an embossing roll to form a formed layer while the mirror area being aligned with a joint of the embossing roll with a flat mold attached to a roll base material, radiating the active energy to the formed layer and curing the formed layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
