PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye movement test chart display device for displaying an eye movement test chart capable of testing the eye movement which is completely non-intrusive without imposing loads on a subject. PSOLUTION: In a frame image, a first color area 30 displayed in first color and a second color area 32 displayed in second color are repeatedly displayed in a prescribed direction by turns. When a case that all the frame images of (n) frame shifted every 1/n cycle are displayed in succession is defined as one cycle, luminance of the first color area 30 and the luminance of the second color area 32 are equal in subjectivity of the subject. In this state, the eye movement test chart is repeatedly displayed with time frequency equal to 25 cycles a second or more or exceeding a color critical flicker frequency of the subject and flows in a fixed direction at a speed exceeding the human color critical flicker frequency.
