PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively determining whether or not information disclosed on a network is rumor information, particularly, a technology for using a plurality of features contributing to the determination in combination. PSOLUTION: This rumor information extraction device using a computer which extracts rumor information disclosed on a network with respect to a prescribed object is provided with: a data collection means 100 for collecting data disclosed from a server device on the network; a feature extraction means 101 for extracting features from the collected data by referring to a feature table including the group of words as features; and a machine leaning determination means 102 for inputting the feature, and for determining whether or not it is rumor information with respect to the object; and a rumor information output means 103 for inputting the feature extracted by the feature extraction means to the machine learning determination means, and for acquiring the result of determining whether or not it is the rumor information with respect to the collected data, and for outputting information relating to the collected data determined to be the rumor information.
