PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion of carbon nanotubes excellent in dispersibility; and to provide a transparent conductive film having high conductivity and excellent transmissivity and a field emission material, characterized by applying the dispersion.;SOLUTION: A single-walled and double-walled carbon nanotube mixed composition is characterized in that (1) 50 or more carbon nanotubes are single-walled carbon nanotubes and double-walled carbon nanotubes in arbitrary 100 carbon nanotubes when the mixed composition is observed with a transmission electron microscope, (2) peaks are observed in 140±10 cm-1, 160±10 cm-1, 180±10 cm-1, 210±10 cm-1, 270±10 cm-1, and 320±10 cm-1 in Raman spectroscopic analysis using a wavelength of 532 nm, and (3) peaks are observed in 190±10 cm-1and 220±10 cm-1 in Raman spectroscopic analysis using a wavelength of 633 nm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
