PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube aggregate with high purity and high quality where single-walled carbon nanotubes and double-walled carbon nanotubes having both of transporting property and strong mechanical toughness which are hopeful as an electronic component element and being useful as a transparent conductive material and an electron emitting element material are mixed and to provide a method for efficiently and inexpensively mass-producing the same.;SOLUTION: In the method for producing carbon nanotubes from carbon sources by a gas phase fluidizing CVD method, a liquid hydrocarbon such as toluene and the like is used for a first carbon source and methane is used for a second carbon source in a mixed carrier gas atmosphere at least composed of hydrogen and an inert gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
