PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a mesostructured material and a silica mesostructured material which can be developed to functional devices, preparation methods thereof and a method for appropriately controlling the orientation of mesopores in the mesostructured materials.;SOLUTION: The mesostructured material is provided which has a plurality of tubular mesopores arranged on a polymer surface and is characterized in that the mesopores are oriented to one direction parallel to the polymer surface.
