CUTTING METHOD FOR FORMING CLOTH INTO THREE-DIMENSIONAL 3D PROTRUDING SHAPE AND RECESSED SHAPE BY UTILIZING EXTENSION SPRING OF LEFT BIAS CLOTH AND RIGHT BIAS CLOTH AS MAIN CLOTH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method by which trousers, briefs or a car sheet are/is each formed of a piece of cloth rich in stretch function and three-dimensional function so as to keep them (it) stretchable.;SOLUTION: The cutting method comprises the following process when producing pants using a sheet of cloth in reference to marks showing completion of sewing-up of first darts: eliminating the left lower angle R4 of a darts-cut part of a right bias yarn and cloth opposite to a left bias yarn and cloth so as to make the right bias cloth piece appear and representing the eliminated part by X; then also eliminating the right lower part L5 of the left bias cloth via darts cut and integrating both of the right and left bias cloths and representing the eliminated part by X; completing X darts at a front body part 9 to form M-shaped W darts (namely two darts) at both side parts at a lower edge center; and stretching a back body part 10' where a pants back body part 10 is integrally sewn up with the front body part to form a three-dimensional protruding part 13 at the center part of the front body part 9 via the lower part M-shape and the integrally sewn-up part so as to produce the cloth, enabling production of three-dimensional single-sheet cloth pants which pose an unprecedented experiment in the history of humankind.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
