PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for predicting in-flow amount into a pump site facility from a flowing state of inflow water by using a plurality of transmitters flowing together with the inflow water, while emitting ultrasonic waves and receivers therefor, and to provide a device for performing operation support and control of the pump site facility, based on the predicted result by the device.;SOLUTION: This device for predicting the in-flow water amount, corresponding to a signal processing result by a process controller is equipped with the plurality of transmitters flowing together with the inflow water such as sewage or industrial waste water in an inflow trunk line, two or more receivers 4 for receiving ultrasonic waves transmitted from each transmitter, and a process controller 5 for processing the signal from each receiver. The inflow amount predicting device has characteristics wherein the process controller measures the time required for flowing of the inflow water and a water level at the installation position of each receiver and predicts the inflow amount of the inflow water from a measurement result.
