PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new technique for reducing calculation time of temperature by fitting (matching) a theoretical spectrum and an actually measured spectrum. PSOLUTION: A temperature analysis method comprises: a step (S1/S2) for obtaining approximate temperature T at least once by fitting a partial theoretical spectrum defined in a first temperature range (TC-TD) with certain temperature (Tb/Tc/Td) obtained by the previous temperature analysis as a reference, and an actually measured spectrum; and a step (S3/S4) for obtaining calculation temperature T by fitting the total theoretical spectrum defined in second temperature range (TE-TF) narrower than the first temperature range, and the actually measured spectrum with the approximate temperature T as a reference.
