PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable optical transmission substrate of which optical transmission direction can be fully efficiently changed in the in-plane direction and vertical direction and which can easily be manufactured, and to provide an optoelectronic hybrid substrate/wiring board and an optical module.;SOLUTION: The optical transmission substrate is equipped with: a substrate 1 composed of a recess 2b formed on one primary face and an optical transmission hole 4 which penetrates from the bottom face of the recess 2b through the other primary face and is opened at the bottom face of the recess 2b; an optical waveguide 5 formed on the other primary face of the substrate 1; and an optical path conversion body 6 which is optically coupled to both the optical transmission hole and the optical waveguide so as to convert an optical transmission direction between the optical transmission hole 4 and the optical waveguide 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
