PROCESS DESIGN SUPPORT DEVICE, PROCESS DESIGN SUPPORT METHOD AND PROCESS DESIGN SUPPORT PROGRAM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently construct a production line by information processing. PSOLUTION: This process design support device extracts a process from CAD (Computer Aided Design) data of a work (step 1), and sorts it according to a category (step 2). Next, the process design support device sorts each the process into a process group in each the category according to process order to divide all the processes in each the process group (step 3). The process design support device calculates a group cycle time in each the process group (step 4). Next, the process design support device calculates the whole cycle time as the whole production line by use of the group cycle time in each the process group, and decides whether or not the whole cycle time is a target cycle time or below (step 5). When the whole cycle time is more than the target cycle time, the process design support device divides the process group having the group cycle time longer than the target cycle time, and generates a new process group such that the whole cycle time is within the target cycle time (step 6).
