PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve health care/medical system based on trend data as personal data on health state/medical data changing day by day. PSOLUTION: Trend data measured by predetermined measurement equipment are stored in a digital pen by filling in a corresponding sheet by a digital pen, and the trend data stored in the digital pen are transferred to a hospital for physical check or a medical institution by a PC connected through a portable telephone or a network, and the received trend data are stored in a database as every personal folder by the hospital for physical check or the medical institution. In the hospital for physical check or the medical institution, the trend data are acquired so as to be browsable as necessary by a trend data manager as a person in charge of viewing and determining the trend data. Thus, the information of a patient who has received medical check by the medical institution or the hospital for physical check can be shared by them, and continuous health care/medical treatment can be implemented.
