PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrient solution-circulating cultivation method of Zingiber mioga, cultivating high-quality Zingiber mioga through effectively reusing waste water discharged in a large quantity while extremely lowering a chlorine concentration of Zingiber mioga to be cultivated, and sterilizing waste water discharged from a nutrient solution cultivation device, and besides, replenishing oxygen to nutrient solution with a sterilizing agent to be added for sterilization, improving growth of Zingiber mioga with the nutrient solution replenished with oxygen, and cultivating high-quality Zingiber mioga through effectively reusing waste water while reducing both a facility cost and a running cost.;SOLUTION: This nutrient solution-circulating cultivation method of Zingiber mioga comprises a sterilization process of sterilizing waste water through adding a sterilizing agent to waste water discharged from a nutrient solution cultivation device 1 of Zingiber mioga, an adjusting process of adding natural water and fertilizer to waste water, and a water supply process of supplying solution obtained in the adjusting process to the nutrient solution cultivation device 1 of Zingiber mioga.
