PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a text recognition system, a text recognition method, and a text recognition program, which is improved in efficiency of recognition of handwriting input information.;SOLUTION: The text recognition system 100 comprises: an electronic data acquisition part 51 acquiring electronic data of handwriting information of a user from an external device and storing them into a memory; a text conversion part 54 reading the electronic data from the memory, converting them into a text data string, and storing it into the memory; a text storage part 20 storing a candidate text data string that is an input candidate of the handwriting information; and a sorting processing part 71 executing collation processing between the text data string and the candidate text data string to specify the input candidate corresponding to the handwriting information, and generating list information wherein the handwriting information is sorted for every input candidate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
