PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling an individual user to receive the issue of a credit card in an unexamined state.;SOLUTION: The system is constituted of a credit card company, an individual user, and an arrangement company. The arrangement company makes an application for a credit card to the credit card company within the range of guarantee presented by the individual user through the Internet, and the individual user enters main items and makes an application to the arrangement company through the Internet, and the arrangement company transmits the application request from the individual user to the credit company through the Internet. The individual user prints out a card application form from a personal computer, enters prescribed items in the application form, puts his or her seal, and mails the application to the credit company.
