PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse delay circuit system which stably holds for a long term even a very short delay time of 100pS or nS order, facilitates a setting operation, and is excellently practical.;SOLUTION: A reference pulse string signal DI is delayed by a delay circuit 1 having an input terminal for an analog control signal which fixes the delay amount, so as to obtain a delay pulse string signal from a terminal SO. A time difference in rising is detected between the reference pulse string signal DI and the delayed pulse string signal. Then, a pulse string for indicating the delay time difference is acquired, and a pulse signal e is acquired by smoothing the pulse string. A difference between the present delay time indicated by the pulse signal e and a target delay time indicated by an external control signal VCI which indicates the target delay time is amplified by an operational amplifier 7 with not less than ten thousand times open gain, and is integrated by an integration circuit constituted of the operational amplifier 7. The output of the operational amplifier 7 is outputted to the delay circuit 1 as the analog control signal for determining the delay time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
