PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain, in financial commodity sales, appropriate information sharing between sales representative and a customer, rapid confirmation of customer instruction in response to the situation, and determination of recommendability for a financial commodity in consideration of transaction history.;SOLUTION: The financial commodity sales support system 100 comprises an authentication processing part 110 which authenticates a customer through data communication with a customer terminal 300 and stores the authentication result in an authentication table 128; a screen data transmitting part 111 which simultaneously transmits, when the customer is authenticated, screen data for sales procedures respectively to a sales representative terminal 200 and the customer terminal 300 according to each of the sales procedures; a transition determination part 112 which stores data input by the customer terminal 300 for the screen data in an input history table 127, and determines whether to permit transition of sales procedure; and a transition screen transmitting part which simultaneously transmits, when the transition of sales procedure is permitted, screen data corresponding to the next procedure respectively to the sales representative terminal 200 and the customer terminal 300.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
