PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery vehicle driving employee management system, for comprehensively making and centrally managing a business plan responding to the ability of personnel in possession and a customer's request while ensuring confidentiality of information in spite of use of a public electric communication network.;SOLUTION: A rapid and appropriate personnel redistribution plan is effectively established while minimizing mismatching in determination of a person in charge of business distribution by receiving and transmitting a communication containing digitized (encrypted) information on the public electric communication network, digitizing an evaluation (database) for the business execution ability of possessed personnel and the customer's request, respectively, while ensuring the confidentiality of the information to retrieve a most appropriate person, and comparing it with a business execution result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
