LARGE AMPLITUDE SLOSHING BEHAVIOR PREDICTION METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the calculation time and cost needed for prediction. PSOLUTION: When level displacement from an initial position is increased due to sloshing of a liquid 2 in a tank 1, a reference level is successively updated, a spherical coordinate, for the updated new reference level, from a new origin provided on z-axis orthogonal to the reference level is set, and vibration near the new reference level is analyzed. The update of the reference level and the vibration analysis near the updated reference level are successively repeated, whereby behavior in large amplitude sloshing is analyzed.
