PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe storage container and a packaged prefilled syringe, in which a barrel and a plunger can be stored separately in one packaging container and a flange of the barrel and a pressurizing part of the plunger are hardly broken even if a shock is applied.;SOLUTION: The packaged prefilled syringe 1 is composed of: the prefilled syringe storage container 2; an unassembled prefilled syringe composed of a drug prefilled barrel 5 stored in the barrel storing part 21 of the storage container 2 and the plunger 6 stored in a plunger storing part 22 of the storage container 2; and a sealing film 3 which seals the storage container 2 so that the film can be peeled off. The storage container 2 includes a one-end side raised part 71 positioned between a flange storing part 23 of the barrel storing part 21 and a gasket mounting part storing part 28 of the plunger storing part 22 to regulate abutment between a flange 52 of the barrel 5 and the gasket mounting part 62 of the plunger 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
