PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently simulate the orbit of air evacuation of stagnating air generated in immersion treatment of object matter by simplifying analysis treatment.;SOLUTION: Numeral calculation model of a floor panel 40 is divided into two-dimensional elements: the minimum element and neighboring elements: and respective inclinations of lines formed by bonding a reference node at the highest position of the minimum element in the gravity direction G and the respective nodes at the highest positions of a plurality of the neighboring elements in the gravity direction G are compared and successive air (AIR) flows toward the node forming a steep inclination line are simulated and air orbit as the results is displayed. Accordingly, the calculation time taken to carry out analysis processing from the initial state to the convergence state can be shortened; and consequently, the time to develop vehicle panels can be shortened and the manufacturing cost can be saved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
