PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power source contained in a case from infiltration of water, in a power source system provided with the case. PSOLUTION: In the power source system 1000, a fuel cell 100 as a power source is contained in a case 110. When a level of water stored in the case 110 is above a given value during operation of the power source system 1000, compressed air compressed by an air compressor 300 is supplied to the case 110, and at the same time, a drain valve 114 is opened to drain water. Further, high-pressure air filled in an air tank 200 is supplied to the case 110 so that pressure in the case 110 is to be higher than that outside the case 110 at all times during operation of the power source system 1000.
