PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation regulating device for a folding door causing no play in a totally closed state and a totally open state.;SOLUTION: A gear 17 is provided with a cutout to form a turning space, and a stopper body 20 on the door end side folding door body 2 side is turnably held in the turning space. A wall surface 7 is provided with a braking rack 23 meshed with the gear 17, and an abutting body 27. In the totally closed state of the folding door, the gear is meshed with the front edge of the braking rack, and one end of the stopper body abuts on the front end wall of the turning space, and in the totally open state, the gear is meshed with the rear part of the braking rack, and one end of the stopper body abuts on the front end wall of the turning space. Consequently, the motion of the folding door is always regulated by the gear meshed with the braking rack in the totally open or totally closed state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
