PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic program conversion device, an arithmetic program conversion program and an arithmetic program conversion method, for converting floating-point operation in an arithmetic program to fixed-point operation while ensuring desired accuracy.;SOLUTION: The device comprises a profile part which executes the arithmetic program for performing floating-point operation while changing the arithmetic program, with a floating-point variable in the arithmetic program as an object variable, so that change of the object variable is outputted as history in execution of the arithmetic program, and detecting a range of value of the object variable based on the history obtained by the execution; and a conversion part which executes the arithmetic program while changing the program so that the object variable is converted to a fixed-point variable based on the range of value of the object variable detected by the profile part and determines whether the execution result obtained by the execution satisfies preset desired accuracy or not.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
