PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for aligning a member having no anisotropy in a desired direction by using a method which is simple and can be applied to extensive combination and to manufacture an aligned material having a desired function by using this technique.;SOLUTION: The member which is not in a range where magnetic interaction substantially produces in relation to size and magnetic susceptibility anisotropy and/or which is not in a range where electric interaction substantially produces in relation to size and dielectric constant anisotropy, is called "a member having no anisotropy" in the following. The member which is in a range where magnetic interaction substantially produces in relation to size and magnetic susceptibility anisotropy and/or which is in a range where electric interaction substantially produces in relation to size and dielectric constant anisotropy, is called "a member having anisotropy" in the following. The method for aligning the member having no anisotropy by which a composite member formed by sticking the member having no anisotropy and the member having anisotropy and aligning is aligned by using at least one among a magnetic field and an electric field is provided.
