ASTHMATIC CRISIS MODEL ANIMAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND UTILIZATION THEREOF

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asthmatic crisis model animal developing bronchial asthma, exhibiting resistance to method for the treatment of bronchial asthma, particularly bronchial asthma affected by allergic inflammation and suitably utilizable for establishing pathologic analysis and treatment method of bronchial asthma and to provide a method for preparing the asthmatic crisis model animal and to provide utilization thereof. PSOLUTION: The asthmatic model animal is obtained by inhaling and exposing IL-2 and IL-18 into a model animal.
