PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop new materials such as chaff-molded base material, etc., for greening culture medium as grain by-product-biofiber composite recycled/molded product. PSOLUTION: The grain by-product-biofiber composite recycled/molded product includes a chaff-molded base material X for greening culture medium supplied as a rigid material, semi-rigid material or an elastic material in which powder-molding property and readily decomposable property are enhanced. The powder-molded material is obtained by mixing a first raw material pulverized material (11, 12 or 13) composed of pulverized materials of chaff 1 and the other grain by-products with a second raw material pulverized material composed of pulverized materials of papers including waste paper and biofiber material derived from the other animals or plants to provide a main raw material, adding mist-like moisture to the main raw material, stirring the mixture to impart wettability to the surface of the main raw material pulverized material, adding a natural adhesive in absolute dry condition thereto and mixing the adhesive with the main raw material pulverized material. The composite regenerated formed product is obtained by charging the powder-molded material into a mold having a desired shape to control the material surface and combining and shaping the material by heating treatment with steam or heating with electromagnetic wave.
