PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form an image of printing data even when a password of printing data in which a secret printing function is set is forgotten. PSOLUTION: An MFP is provided with: a print job receiving part 10 for receiving a password and printing data from a PC; a job management part 40 for storing the printing data together with the password; a printing performance part 20 for forming an image on the basis of the printing data under a condition that a password received from an operation panel coincides with a password related to the printing data; and a password notification part 60 for transmitting the password to a computer from which the printing data are transmitted when prescribed time has elapsed without inputting a password after selecting the printing data from the operation panel or when a password different from the password related to the printing data is inputted.
