PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support determination of propriety of right turn of a right turning vehicle at an intersection by a simple data exchange. PSOLUTION: A right turning vehicle 30A which is driving from south to north and intending to turn right at the intersection 12 intends to receive an optical signal from a LED traffic light 14B when starting a turn-signal by making a turn lever for right turning to be on. Then road image data indicating a road status in a north direction to be viewed from the intersection 12 which is imaged by a camera 16C is wirelessly transmitted by an optical signal from the LED traffic light 14B, while the optical signal from the LED traffic light 14B is received by an optical receiving unit in the right turning vehicle 30A, and a road image is displayed on a vehicle mounted indicator 40 after performing a data process for the received road image data. The driver can easily perform propriety determination about right turn after checking existence of an oncoming vehicle 30C by the displayed road image even though a traffic status in an oncoming side of an opposite lane cannot be grasped because a forwarding vision is shaded by a large vehicle etc. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
