DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM OF ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection system of an electric power system at the time of accident, wherein even if a terminal station doesn't detect the accident, the master station collects the data for a certain period from all terminal stations, and makes the collecting data proper by classifying the accident with its kind. PSOLUTION: The master station 6 and a plurality of terminal stations 3A to 3N are connected through the transmission path of the optical cable. If a terminal station 3B among the plurality of terminal stations 3A to 3N detects a short circuit accident or slight grounding accident, the terminal station concerned 3B informs the master station 6 of the condition change and kind of accident (time t1). The master station 6 indicates the request for stopping the collection of data to each station of the terminals 3A to 3N after elapse of delay time (time t2). After that, the master station 6 requests each of the terminal stations 3A to 3N to transmit data successively. When the data collection from each of the terminal stations 3A to 3N is over, the master station 6 requests the terminal stations 3A to 3N to resume the data collection (time t3).
