PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely operate and memorize an incident position and an incident time in the case where a plurality of flat panel type multi-anode photomultiplier are connected and arranged in the XY plane. PSOLUTION: The neutron incident position detection device comprises: a neutron incident position detector; and a plurality of neutron incident position operation memorizing circuit boards F provided with a connection channel signal reception memory means, an adjacent channel signal transmission means, an adjacent channel signal reception memory means, and a neutron incident position operation memory means. The neutron incident position detector is provided with a neutron scintillator S and a plurality of flat panel type multi-anode photomultiplier P. The plurality of each flat panel multi-anode photomultiplier P and corresponding plurality of each neutron incident position operation memory circuit board F are connected with each of the plurality of connection channel signal transmission path 4. The adjacent channel signal transmission path 6 provided with the adjacent channel signal transmission path and the adjacent channel signal reception path connect both the neutron incident position operation memory circuit boards F.
