The plurality of each flat panel multi-anode photomultiplier P and corresponding plurality of each neutron incident position operation memory circuit board F are connected with each of the plurality of connection channel signal transmission path 4. The adjacent channel signal transmission path 6 provided with the adjacent channel signal transmission path and the adjacent channel signal reception path connect both the neutron incident position operation memory circuit boards F.
