PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized management device of an air conditioner, an air-conditioning system comprising the centralized management device, and a control program, capable of reducing the time necessary for the construction of configuration change. PSOLUTION: This centralized management device of the air conditioner divided into a plurality of systems for intensively controlling a plurality of controlled devices connected with the systems through communication control lines, comprises a configuration change detecting portion 42 detecting the change of configuration and the system having the configuration change, when the configuration change occurs by additionally installing a controlled device connected in the system, and a configuration change ascertaining portion 43 for ascertaining the configuration change by every system detected by the configuration change detecting portion.
