LEARNING STRATEGY GENERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a learning strategy appropriate to an individual learner.;SOLUTION: This learning strategy generation system includes: a questionnaire answer and test result database 12 storing an questionnaire answer related to a learning strategy for a large number of persons and test results of the persons; a regression binary tree processing part 14 selecting a plurality of sets of persons having a common questionnaire answer pattern; a high achiever set selection/storage part 16 calculating a statistic related to the test results of the persons belonging to the set for each of the plurality of selected sets, and selecting a plurality of sets from the plurality of sets based on the calculated statistic; a guide target set selection part 18 calculating a difference amount between the answer of a questionnaire for the learner and the answer pattern common to the persons belonging to the set selected by the high achiever set selection/storage part 16, and selecting one of the sets selected by the high achiever set selection/storage part 16 based on the difference amount; and a learning strategy generation part 20 generating the learning strategy on the basis of the answer pattern related to the selected set.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
