FLUORESCENCE SCALE BASE, MICROSCOPE BASE WITH FLUORESCENCE SCALE, AND SAMPLE CONTAINER FOR MICROSCOPE WITH FLUORESCENCE SCALE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope base with a fluorescence scale that is high in two-point resolution, emission intensity and contrast, and that is superior in fading resistance.;SOLUTION: The base includes: a first primary surface; a transparent substrate 21 with a second primary surface facing to the first primary surface; a light shielding layer 23, which is arranged in contact on the second primary surface, and in which an opening that exposes the second primary surface forms scale-like patterns; a fluorescence layer 25 which is embedded in the opening and emits fluorescent light by excitation light; and a backcoat layer 26 for coating backside of the fluorescence layer 25 and reflecting the fluorescent light emitted at the fluorescence layer 25 in the first primary surface direction. The base also includes a support substrate 11a for mounting a laminate of the transparent substrate 21, light shielding layer 23, fluorescence layer 25, and backcoat layer 26.
