PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional data creating apparatus and related techniques, which reduce the influences of noise and can precisely measure the three-dimensional position of an object.;SOLUTION: The three-dimensional data creating apparatus 1A comprises: stereo image photographic means (cameras 2A, 2B) for acquiring a stereo image, by photographing the object to be measured from different view points; a determining section 31 for determining whether a relative position between the object to be measured and the stereo image photographic means is varied in a period in which a plurality of stereo image sets are acquired; an integration processing section 32 for generating an integrated image for creating three-dimensional data by integrating the plurality of stereoscopic image sets for respective images corresponding to the view points, which are acquired in the period, in which the relative position is not varied; and a three-dimensional data calculating section 33 for calculating the three-dimensional data of the object to be measured, by using the integrated image for creating the three-dimensional data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
