PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a user terminal or a mail server at a transmission source in the case of transmitting advertising mail in a secure mail system for transmitting electronic mail by attaching electronic signature and an electronic certificate to the electronic mail by using a public key encryption system.;SOLUTION: A secure mail distribution device 20 is installed between a distribution source user terminal 10 and a mail server 30, and the distribution control part 21 of the secure mail distribution device 20 performs user authentication with the distribution origin user terminal 10, and prepares mail texts different for each user on the basis of advertising mail information input from the distribution source user terminal 10, and a signature processing part 22 prepares the electronic signature by using the secret key of the distribution source user, and transmits the electronic mail to the mail server 30 by attaching the electronic signature together with an electronic certificate to the electronic mail.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
