PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in sensitivity of a remote control or malfunction caused by near-infrared rays emitted from a liquid crystal display.;SOLUTION: An optical element 4 whose average light transmissivity in the range of 930 nm to 960 nm wavelength is higher than an average light transmissivity in the range of 900 nm to 930 nm wavelength and/or an average light transmissivity in the range of 960 nm to 1,020 nm wavelength is arranged in front of a light receiving unit 20A which receives a light of a signal wavelength (930 nm to 960 nm) in an infrared region transmitted from a remote controller (remote control) 21. Thereby, an amount of infrared ray that is emitted from a liquid crystal display 20 and reaches the light receiving unit 20A can be effectively reduced and a signal wavelength of the remote control 21 can be preferentially transmitted to the light receiving unit 20A.
