PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve for a coal liquefying process improving durability in the valve during rapid decompressing from a high-temperature and high-pressure state.;SOLUTION: The pressure regulating valve is equipped with a valve body 11 having a flow channel for transporting a fluid formed therein, a valve chest 11b formed in the course from an inlet on the upstream side of the flow channel to an outlet on the downstream side, a valve plug 19 opening and closing the valve chest 11b and a pressure regulating flow channel composing a part of the flow channel leading from the valve chest 11b on the downstream side of the valve plug 19 to an outlet 17a on the downstream side. The surface of the valve plug 19 and the inner wall surface of the pressure regulating flow channel are subjected to a synthetic diamond coating treatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
