PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a development level of argument related to important messages selected from a message set. PSOLUTION: An argument structure graph preparing unit 15C selects pairs of messages each having an association degree 16B higher than a prescribed importance degree from a message set 14A, and prepares an argument structure graph 16C showing development of argument by connecting the messages through directed arcs each having directions corresponding to disclosure order of both messages for each pair of messages. A message classifying unit 15D classifies each message into a preset development level of argument on the basis of a directed arc incoming and outgoing to each message shown in the graph 16C, and outputs detection result information 14B showing a correspondence between each message and the development level.
