PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granular compound fertilizer using incineration ash of chicken droppings making the best use of the characteristics of the incineration ash of the chicken droppings containing effective fertilizer components though it is fine powder and has low specific gravity, without adding a mineral acid. PSOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the granular compound fertilizer includes a first step for manufacturing the mixture of the incineration ash of the chicken droppings with palm coconut incineration ash, a second step for adding water to the mixture to granulate the mixture and a third step for drying the granulated mixture.
