PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that voltage drop becomes large because sub-power supply is not started before the voltage drop is actually detected.;SOLUTION: Before a load portion starts a specific operation requiring a large current, a switch control section informs a start signal of the specific operation and controls a switch to be closed. By this control of closing the switch, a sub-power supply for supplementing shortage of power can be connected to a supply line of a main power supply before an operation instantaneously requiring a large current starts.
