METHOD FOR CONTROLLING MOVEMENT OF TEST PIECE OBSERVATION POSITION, AND ANALYSIS DEVICE OF TEST PIECE SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch over a visual field movement mode and an observation point movement mode, while making an operation of an operator simple.;SOLUTION: The display screen is divided into an inside region 70 including the center and an outside region 72 at its outside, and the visual field on the surface of a test piece displayed on the screen is controlled by at least the following movement mode based on the regions where a cursor is located. (A) A visual field movement mode in which movement of the visual field displayed on the screen is controlled according to the distance from the central point of the screen to the cursor or locus of the cursor, when drag of a mouse is started while it is in the inside region 70.
