PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface modification technique for obtaining high adhesive strength with metals, ceramics and the other high polymer resins in the surface of a fluorine base synthetic resin such as the lining materials of corrosion resistant tanks, rotary roller surfaces, air-tight packing surfaces, various adhesion preventive rolls and sheets using a plasma base ion implantation-film deposition process.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is a fluorine base synthetic resin article obtained, using a plasma base ion implantation-film deposition process, by generating argon or nitrogen plasma including argon or nitrogen of at least one or more atoms in a vacuum, and applying negative high energy high frequency pulse voltage, so as to form a fine rugged shape with a gradient structure by argon or nitrogen ion implantation.
