PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that inexpensively achieves performance evaluation.;SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 1 is provided with an analog/digital converter 10 for converting an inputted sine wave into a digital signal, a bandpass filter 11 for extracting a prescribed frequency component from the digital signal converted from the inputted sine wave, an energy detector 12 for detecting an effective value about the extracted frequency component, a fundamental-wave storage 13 for holding effective values coincident with a frequency of the sine wave, a noise storage 14 for holding effective values not coincident with the frequency of the sine wave after integrating them, a signal/noise ratio detector 15 which calculates an effective bit length of the digital signal on the basis of the effective values held by the fundamental-wave storage 13 and the effective values held by the noise storage 14; and a signal detection control unit 16 which outputs a command signal that successively changes the frequency as a reference of the frequency component extracted by the bandpass filter 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
